Verry impressive mate..well done - excelent output

i have made my scrubber and its very similar to yours.

Difference is that my box is plasic - painted black on the outside
and the ligths are attached on the side - 8 of them

ill post some pics on a new threat later today... and i hope will work as good as yours cos i have a real problem since i removed my nitrate reactor and phos media :cry:

my dilimma as follows:

cant decide what material to use for the screen

1. a very rought - up plastic one as yours
OR
2. the plastic mesh thing used in this scrubber - see link below...

Can you please advice where to get the wireing and electric work for that through a webshop? Where I live (top of the globe) you don't get to buy stuff like that for less than a fortune :p

Alternativly, if you please could post the specific names of the parts.

sorry for the delay as i was away at work i am a Electrician i got all my bits from work

have a problem these brown things keep coming on screen and then it goes in main tank
does any one knows y and it has a high smell to it
when you start cleaning in as if its will knock you out i have to get fresh air so strong just start doing it
the main tank has brown hair alage in it when i clean the screen it goes in 4-5 days the scrren has this brown coat on it as in picture

Try adding some iron, like Kent's Iron + Manganese. Should make the yellow turn green.

You don't want to increase flow if the screen is already letting go of things.

Can't tell what they are. But they are sure to go away with the rest of the nuisance algae.
